Two owners from new, this has been our personal car since 2012 and 22,000 miles. Clean CarFax. Desirable CTS AWD wagon with the Performance package that includes J55 performance brakes, lowered ride height, 18-inch wheels, and bigger sway bars. 306 horsepower direct-injection V6 (runs on regular gas, gets 25+ MPG on the highway), performance axle ratio with limited slip, so it’s fast and handles great. Properly maintained with extensive recent work including new water pump, new brakes (all 4 wheels including rotors), and recent Michelin radials on custom powder coated satin black 18-inch BBS alloy wheels. Stock polished aluminum wheels with 18-inch Goodyear snow tires are included and shown in photos. Oil changes on schedule using Mobil 1. Includes expensive WeatherTech mats plus cargo mat. Everything works, although the power tailgate sometimes closes itself unexpectedly. Cold A/C, heated seats, AM/FM/iPod/USB/hard drive radio with Sirius/XM. Power leather seats in very good condition, never smoked in. Paint is nice with the expected signs of use after 10 years and 100,000 miles. Runs and drives like it should.
